    He leverages his experience at EY and Capgemini to apply industry-leading practices and approaches tailored for small to medium-sized organisations to deliver exceptional value.

    Throughout his career, Michael has successfully managed IT transformation programs up to $4.5 million, developed and implemented IT strategies and operating models, and led high-performing professional services teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

    Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Management from the University of Western Australia and is certified in TOGAF 9.2 Enterprise Architecture.

    He has previously held senior leadership positions, including CTO, CIO, COO, and GM of IT at Wesfarmers Insurance, RAC Insurance, Austal Ships, and ES2.

    John has a strong background in managing complex technology projects, developing IT strategies, and aligning IT services with business objectives.

    The projects he has worked on have resulted in significant cost reductions, including a $1.3 million reduction in the ICT operating budget at Austal Ships and over $2 million in savings through data centre consolidation at Wesfarmers.

    At Calibre Consulting, John leads consulting engagements and supports recruitment activities, leveraging his deep experience in IT executive roles to address complex problems.
